🔹 Open Positions & Responsibilities
1. Captain Waiter
Lead the service team and ensure smooth dining operations.
Key Duties:
- Supervise waitstaff and coordinate table assignments
- Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction
- Handle VIP guests and special requests
- Monitor service flow and resolve issues promptly
- Train new staff and uphold service protocols
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and management
2. Waiter / Waitress
Deliver attentive and professional service to guests.
Key Duties:
- Greet guests and present menus
- Take and serve orders accurately
- Upsell specials and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas
- Process bills and handle POS transactions
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
3. Junior Sous Chef
Support the Head Chef in kitchen operations and food preparation.
Key Duties:
- Assist in menu planning and recipe development
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure food quality
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards
- Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies
- Train junior cooks and support team during peak hours
- Ensure timely and consistent food presentation
4. Shisha Man
Prepare and serve shisha with precision and care.
Key Duties:
- Set up and maintain shisha equipment
- Prepare flavors and ensure smooth operation
- Interact with guests and explain options
- Monitor coal and flavor quality during service
- Clean and sanitize equipment after use
- Follow safety and ventilation protocols
5. Barista
Craft high-quality beverages and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Duties:
- Prepare espresso-based drinks and specialty coffees
- Operate coffee machines and grinders
- Maintain cleanliness of barista station
- Engage with guests and take orders
- Monitor stock and restock supplies
- Ensure consistency in taste and presentation
6. Restaurant Cleaner
Maintain a spotless and hygienic dining environment.
Key Duties:
- Clean tables, floors, windows, and restrooms
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces regularly
- Empty trash bins and manage waste disposal
- Refill cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues
- Support team with setup and closing duties
7. Kitchen Steward
Ensure cleanliness and order in the kitchen area.
Key Duties:
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Clean kitchen floors, walls, and surfaces
- Assist with waste management and recycling
- Organize storage areas and support chefs
- Follow hygiene and safety protocols

- Must be currently residing in the UAE
- Immediate availability preferred
- Relevant prior experience in the applied role
