- Oversee daily floor operations and team coordination
- Ensure service standards and guest satisfaction
- Support staff training and performance management
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
Waiter / Waitress
- Take orders and serve with precision and charm
- Provide menu guidance and upsell specials
- Ensure timely service and table turnover
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless delivery
Junior Waiter

- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of service areas
- Support with table setup and guest requests

Runner
- Deliver food and beverages swiftly and accurately
