💼 Open Positions & Responsibilities
1. Bar Supervisor
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage bar operations, ensuring smooth service and team coordination
- Train and mentor bartenders on product knowledge, service standards, and mixology
- Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage stock rotation
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations
- Collaborate with management on beverage menus and seasonal promotions
2. Head Waiters / Head Waitresses
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise the floor team, ensuring efficient service and guest satisfaction
- Coordinate table assignments and manage service flow during peak hours
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Support training and onboarding of new waitstaff
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the venue
3. Waiters
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and guide them through the menu with confidence
- Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly
- Ensure tables are set, cleared, and maintained throughout service
- Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalized service
- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations
4. Hostess
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival
- Manage reservations and walk-ins using booking systems
- Coordinate seating plans to optimize guest flow and experience
- Communicate effectively with service staff to ensure timely seating
- Maintain a polished appearance and welcoming demeanor at all times
5. F&B Runners
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist waitstaff by delivering food and beverages from kitchen/bar to tables
- Ensure timely and accurate service during busy shifts
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of service stations
- Support team with clearing tables and resetting for new guests
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards throughout the shift
