Duties and Responsibilities
Sales Manager – MICE
- Develop and manage MICE sales strategies
- Build strong relationships with corporate and event clients
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and event plans
- Achieve revenue targets and expand market reach
Hostess cum Waitress
- Greet and seat guests professionally
- Manage reservations and table allocations
- Provide attentive food and beverage service
- Maintain cleanliness and guest satisfaction
Housekeeping Attendant
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and assigned areas
- Replenish amenities and linens
- Report maintenance issues promptly
- Ensure high hygiene and safety standards
General Technician
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks
- Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues
- Support preventive maintenance schedules
- Ensure safe and efficient facility operations
General Technician – HVAC
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
- Diagnose cooling and ventilation issues
- Conduct routine inspections and servicing
- Ensure compliance with safety standards
Wallpaper Technician
- Install and remove wallpaper with precision
- Prepare surfaces and ensure quality finishing
- Handle tools and materials safely
- Maintain accuracy in measurements and alignment
Tile Mason
- Install and repair tiles, marble, and stone
- Prepare surfaces and apply adhesives
- Cut and shape tiles as required
