📝 Roles & Responsibilities
Junior Waiter
- Assist senior staff in serving food and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas
- Support with table setup and guest requests
- Learn and uphold SLRP service standards
Waiter
- Take orders and serve guests with accuracy and flair
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials
- Ensure timely service and guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations
Senior Waiter
- Lead service sections during peak hours
- Mentor junior staff and uphold service excellence
- Handle VIP tables and special requests
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism
Hostess
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage reservations and seating flow
- Coordinate with floor team to optimize guest experience
- Maintain front-of-house ambiance and presentation
Cashier
- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently
- Handle POS operations and reconcile daily transactions
- Support front-of-house team with guest queries
- Maintain confidentiality and financial integrity
Bartender
- Prepare and serve beverages to spec and style
- Engage guests with product knowledge and flair
- Maintain bar hygiene and inventory control
- Innovate and contribute to seasonal drink menus
Senior Supervisor
- Oversee daily floor operations and team performance
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and brand standards
- Support training and development of staff

Floor Manager
- Lead and manage the entire front-of-house team
