📝 Roles & Responsibilities

Junior Waiter

  • Assist senior staff in serving food and beverages
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas
  • Support with table setup and guest requests
  • Learn and uphold SLRP service standards

Waiter

  • Take orders and serve guests with accuracy and flair
  • Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials
  • Ensure timely service and guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations

Senior Waiter

  • Lead service sections during peak hours
  • Mentor junior staff and uphold service excellence
  • Handle VIP tables and special requests
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism

Hostess

  • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage reservations and seating flow
  • Coordinate with floor team to optimize guest experience
  • Maintain front-of-house ambiance and presentation

Cashier

  • Process guest payments accurately and efficiently
  • Handle POS operations and reconcile daily transactions
  • Support front-of-house team with guest queries
  • Maintain confidentiality and financial integrity

Bartender

  • Prepare and serve beverages to spec and style
  • Engage guests with product knowledge and flair
  • Maintain bar hygiene and inventory control
  • Innovate and contribute to seasonal drink menus

Senior Supervisor

  • Oversee daily floor operations and team performance
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and brand standards
  • Support training and development of staff
  • Act as point of contact for guest escalations

Floor Manager

  • Lead and manage the entire front-of-house team
  • Drive service excellence and operational efficiency
  • Monitor KPIs and implement improvement strategies
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on staffing and guest experience
