This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction that define our brand.

As a Housekeeper, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are spotless, welcoming, and fully stocked—helping to create a memorable stay from check-in to check-out.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Guest Room Maintenance
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation
  • Replenish amenities, linens, and towels as needed
  • Ensure all furniture, fixtures, and surfaces are dust-free and polished
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly
• Public Area Cleaning
  • Maintain cleanliness in lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and other shared spaces
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks as scheduled or requested
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and stored properly
• Operational Support
  • Follow daily room assignment sheets and cleaning checklists
  • Handle laundry duties including collection, sorting, and delivery
  • Assist with inventory control of cleaning supplies and linen stock
  • Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times

✅ Requirements

• Previous housekeeping experience in hospitality is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
