Join MONTAUK Restaurant as a Waitress at Downtown Boulevard, Dubai and play a central role in delivering an elevated dining experience rooted in Emirati‑fusion cuisine. We’re seeking polished, attentive front‑of‑house professionals who combine warm hospitality with precision service. As a founding team member you’ll guide guests through menus, support smooth service flow during busy shifts, and help shape Montauk’s service standards from opening day. Duties and Responsibilities

• Guest reception and seating: welcome guests, manage reservations, and escort diners to tables with professionalism.
• Menu guidance: present menus, explain daily specials, recommend dishes and beverage pairings, and answer dietary queries.
• Order management: take accurate orders, enter items into POS, and coordinate timing with kitchen and bar.
• Service delivery: deliver food and beverages promptly, clear and reset tables, and maintain polished table settings.
• Guest care: anticipate needs, respond to requests and minor complaints calmly, and ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Side work and upkeep: assist with mise en place for service, restock service stations, and maintain dining room cleanliness.
• Team collaboration: communicate effectively with hosts, kitchen, and management to ensure smooth covers and timely service.
• Compliance: follow hygiene, safety, and allergen handling procedures.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years in fine dining, upscale restaurants, or hotel F&B preferred.
• Skills: excellent communication in English; additional languages are an advantage; strong upselling and guest engagement skills.
• Personal attributes: professional appearance, punctuality, calm under pressure, and a collaborative attitude.
• Technical: familiarity with POS systems and basic wine/ beverage knowledge preferred.
• Availability: flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Eligibility: legal right to work in the UAE.
• Desirable: food safety certification, hospitality training, and references from previous employers.
