CLAP OF FLOUR, a vibrant new pasta bar concept opening soon at Canal Front, Dubai, is looking for enthusiastic and service‑driven Waiters and Waitresses to join our Front of House team. We are seeking individuals who bring energy, confidence, and a genuine passion for hospitality. The ideal candidate has experience in all‑day dining or upscale dining environments and understands how to create warm, memorable guest interactions. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in shaping the guest experience — from welcoming diners to guiding them through the menu and ensuring every detail of service is delivered with care. If you are well‑presented, guest‑focused, and thrive in a fast‑paced setting, we would love to meet you.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide warm, attentive, and professional service to all guests
  • Present menus, take accurate orders, and make recommendations
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently and according to standards
  • Maintain table setup, cleanliness, and overall dining area organization
  • Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
  • Support team members during busy periods

Requirements

  • Must be locally available in the UAE
  • Experience in all‑day dining or upscale dining concepts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and guest‑first mindset
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast‑paced environment
  • Team player with strong work ethic
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
