Job Summary

Marriott Hotel Al Jaddaf is seeking an experienced, proactive Team Leader to supervise daily Food & Beverage operations, coach staff, and ensure consistently excellent guest service across outlets. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership with hands‑on operational skills to drive team performance and guest satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate F&B staff to deliver Marriott service standards
  • Oversee daily operations in assigned outlets, ensuring smooth service flow
  • Manage staff rosters, shift handovers, and on‑the‑job training
  • Monitor service quality, guest feedback, and implement corrective actions
  • Assist with inventory control, stock ordering, and cost management
  • Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and front office for seamless operations
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations
  • Support special events, banquets, and peak‑time service as required
  • Prepare operational reports and brief senior management on performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within hotel F&B operations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
  • Good knowledge of service standards, POS systems, and basic cost control
  • Ability to work under pressure and resolve guest issues professionally
  • Professional grooming and a guest‑focused attitude
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage

Job Summary

Marriott Hotel Al Jaddaf is looking for a skilled, friendly Barista to craft high‑quality coffee and beverage experiences across our outlets. The ideal candidate will combine technical coffee skills with warm guest service to enhance the hotel’s dining and lounge offerings.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve espresso‑based drinks, brewed coffee, and specialty beverages to standard
  • Maintain consistency, presentation, and quality of all drinks served
  • Greet guests, take orders, and provide recommendations on beverages and light menu items
  • Operate and maintain coffee equipment; perform daily cleaning and basic maintenance
  • Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and barista supplies
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and service areas
  • Handle cash and POS transactions accurately when required
  • Support F&B team during peak periods and events

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Barista in a hotel, café, or restaurant setting
  • Strong knowledge of espresso machines, brewing methods, and coffee recipes
