Sales Associate — Retail (Full-Time)

We’re hiring energetic, customer-focused Sales Associates to join a fast-paced retail team. You’ll deliver exceptional in-store experiences, drive sales, and represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. This role is ideal for candidates with retail or lifestyle brand experience who enjoy working with customers and collaborating with a team.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service: greet customers, assess needs, and recommend products.
  • Achieve sales targets: actively promote products, upsell, and close transactions.
  • Maintain store standards: merchandising, stock replenishment, visual displays, and housekeeping.
  • Operate POS and handle cash: process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
  • Support team operations: assist with inventory counts, receiving shipments, and store events.
  • Build product knowledge: stay informed about product features, materials, and brand positioning.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1+ years in retail sales preferred; experience with fashion, accessories, eyewear, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
  • Skills: strong communication and interpersonal skills; customer-first mindset.
  • Attributes: professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to work flexible shifts including weekends.
  • Technical: comfortable using POS systems and basic inventory tools.
  • Languages: English required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
