Ben’s Farmhouse & Mara is looking for energetic, attentive, and service‑driven Runners to join our expanding hospitality team in the UAE. As a Runner, you play a crucial role in ensuring smooth service flow by supporting servers, coordinating with the kitchen, and maintaining the pace and quality of guest service. You will be responsible for delivering food and beverages promptly, keeping service stations organized, and ensuring that every guest receives a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.

We are seeking individuals who thrive in fast‑paced environments, work well under pressure, and bring a positive, team‑oriented attitude to the workplace. If you are currently residing in the UAE, have at least two years of experience in a similar role, and are passionate about hospitality, growth, and excellence, we invite you to join the Ben’s Farmhouse & Mara family.

🎯 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deliver food and beverages quickly, accurately, and safely
  • Support servers during peak service hours
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas
  • Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure efficient service flow

📋 Requirements

  • Currently residing in the UAE
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Runner or similar role
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Energetic, hardworking, and committed to service excellence
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
