📌 Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design packaging, labels, and product experiences for bakery items
• Develop seasonal collections, gift boxes, and limited‑edition product lines
• Collaborate with the culinary team to translate new menu items into cohesive product designs
• Create prototypes, mockups, and samples for internal review
• Work with marketing to ensure product designs align with brand identity and campaign themes
• Prepare production‑ready files and coordinate with suppliers and printing vendors
• Conduct research on trends in packaging, food presentation, and consumer preferences
• Improve existing product designs for better usability, sustainability, and visual appeal
• Ensure consistency across all product touchpoints, from in‑store displays to take‑home packaging
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall customer experience

📌 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Designer, Packaging Designer, or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing product design, packaging, and branding work
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or similar design tools
• Understanding of materials, printing techniques, and production processes
• Strong sense of aesthetics, color theory, and visual storytelling
• Ability to balance creativity with practicality and cost‑efficiency
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects
• Passion for food, lifestyle brands, and consumer‑focused design
• Experience in F&B, retail, or artisanal brands is an advantage
