Mixologist

Ben’s Farmhouse & Mara is seeking talented, creative, and guest‑focused Mixologists to join our expanding hospitality team in the UAE. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting signature cocktails, premium beverages, and innovative drink experiences that reflect our brand’s commitment to authenticity, quality, and elevated service. You will work closely with the bar team to develop new recipes, maintain consistency in presentation, and ensure the bar operates smoothly and efficiently.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about beverage artistry, knowledgeable about spirits and mixology techniques, and confident in engaging with guests. 🎯 Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and premium beverages with consistency and flair
• Develop new recipes and contribute to seasonal beverage menus
• Maintain bar mise‑en‑place, stock rotation, and cleanliness
• Engage guests with warm, knowledgeable, and interactive service
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and beverage‑handling standards

📋 Requirements

• Currently residing in the UAE
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Mixologist or Senior Bartender
• Strong knowledge of spirits, mixology techniques, and beverage trends
• Excellent communication and guest‑engagement skills
• Creative, hardworking, and committed to delivering exceptional service
