11 Woodfire, an acclaimed dining destination located in Jumeirah 1, is seeking an experienced and charismatic Maître d’ or Head waiter to join our front‑of‑house leadership team. As a restaurant built on craftsmanship, warmth, and exceptional guest experience, we are looking for someone who embodies hospitality at its highest level. The ideal candidate is confident, detail‑oriented, and passionate about creating memorable moments for every guest who walks through our doors. This role requires a strong presence on the floor, the ability to lead by example, and a genuine commitment to service excellence. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead the front‑of‑house team to ensure seamless daily operations
  • Greet and engage guests with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
  • Manage reservations, seating flow, and guest preferences
  • Coordinate with the culinary and service teams to maintain smooth communication
  • Uphold service standards and ensure an exceptional guest journey
  • Handle guest feedback with grace and efficiency
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities, including events and brand representation
  • Maintain a polished and welcoming atmosphere at all times

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Maître d’ or senior front‑of‑house role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership, organizational abilities, and attention to detail
  • Guest‑focused mindset with a passion for hospitality
  • Comfortable participating in marketing, events, and guest engagement
  • Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants is an advantage
