HR Assistant – Woodlem Park Schools Dubai
Woodlem Park Schools Dubai is seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented HR Assistant to support the daily operations of our Human Resources department. This role is ideal for early‑career HR professionals who understand the unique requirements of school HR functions in the UAE and are eager to grow within a dynamic educational environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes
- Assist with recruitment tasks including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Maintain accurate employee files, records, and HR documentation in compliance with UAE labour regulations
- Coordinate attendance, leave tracking, and HR‑related communication with departments
- Support visa processing, renewals, medicals, and other government‑related HR procedures
- Assist with performance management cycles and staff evaluation documentation
- Respond to staff HR queries professionally and promptly
- Ensure compliance with school policies, KHDA requirements, and UAE labour practices
- Contribute to HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and process improvements
Requirements
- 1–2 years of HR experience in UAE schools (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of school HR operations and staffing structures
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance practices
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems is an advantage
