📌 Duties & Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned areas to brand standards
• Replace linens, towels, amenities, and supplies as per daily requirements
• Ensure all rooms are cleaned, inspected, and ready for guest arrival
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly
• Handle guest requests professionally and efficiently
• Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and storage areas in clean condition
• Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times
• Support laundry operations when required
• Uphold Ramada by Wyndham’s cleanliness and service standards

🎯 Role Requirements

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong attention to detail and time‑management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and able to handle repetitive tasks
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
