Sharjah National Hotels is hiring dedicated Housekeeping Attendants to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort across our city and resort properties. Salary Range

AED 1,800 – AED 3,000 per month depending on experience, shift patterns, and whether accommodation is provided.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Room Servicing — Clean and service guest rooms to SNH standards: make beds, change linens, vacuum, dust, and replenish amenities.
  • Public Areas — Maintain cleanliness of corridors, lobbies, lifts, and other public spaces; ensure presentation standards are met.
  • Laundry Support — Assist with linen handling, sorting, and basic laundry pickups/deliveries as required.
  • Reporting and Communication — Report maintenance issues, lost & found items, and guest requests promptly to supervisors.
  • Health and Safety — Follow chemical handling, PPE, and infection‑control procedures; comply with housekeeping checklists and SOPs.
  • Stock Control — Monitor and report inventory levels of cleaning supplies and guest amenities; assist with stock rotation.
  • Guest Interaction — Respond courteously to guest requests and maintain a professional, guest‑first attitude at all times.

Requirements

  • Education — High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience — Minimum 1 year in hotel housekeeping or similar environment preferred; training provided for entry candidates.
  • Skills — Strong attention to detail; ability to follow checklists and standard operating procedures.
  • Physical — Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 20 kg; comfortable with repetitive tasks and shift work.
  • Language — Basic English required; Arabic or other languages an advantage.
  • Availability — Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
  • Conduct — Reliable, punctual, and able to work cooperatively within a team.
