As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in shaping the guest experience from the moment they arrive. You will greet guests warmly, manage reservations, coordinate seating, and ensure smooth communication with the service team. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, professional grooming, and the ability to remain calm and organized in a fast‑paced environment. 🧭 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and brand‑aligned etiquette.
  • Manage reservations, seating plans, and guest flow efficiently.
  • Coordinate with waitstaff and management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback courteously.
  • Maintain front‑of‑house cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation.

🎓 Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Hostess in a premium hospitality venue.
  • Excellent communication and guest‑handling skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Professional grooming, confident presence, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy service hours.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
