You will oversee the hostess team, manage reservations, coordinate seating plans, and ensure smooth communication between the front‑of‑house and service teams. 🧭 Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the hostess team to ensure exceptional guest reception.
• Manage reservations, seating plans, and guest flow during peak hours.
• Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and brand‑aligned etiquette.
• Coordinate closely with service and management teams for smooth operations.
• Handle VIP guests, special requests, and guest feedback with discretion and care.

🎓 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Hostess or Senior Hostess in a premium hospitality venue.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest‑handling skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Professional grooming, confident presence, and a guest‑centric attitude.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in high‑pressure situations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
