Front Office Receptionist at Comfort Inn Hotel Dubai

Job Summary

Comfort Inn Hotel Dubai is seeking a friendly, well‑presented, and service‑oriented Front Office Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth check‑in/check‑out experience while delivering warm and professional hospitality at all times.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with a positive and professional attitude
  • Handle check‑ins, check‑outs, and room assignments efficiently
  • Manage reservations, inquiries, and guest requests
  • Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness
  • Process payments, billing, and posting charges accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable Front Desk area
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Follow hotel policies, procedures, and service standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Front Office Receptionist or similar role in hospitality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of PMS systems (Opera experience is an advantage)
  • Customer‑focused mindset with a warm and approachable personality
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
  • Professional grooming and presentation
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
