Job Summary

Comfort Inn Hotel Dubai is seeking a well‑presented, energetic, and guest‑focused F&B Waiter to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will deliver attentive service, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain high standards across all dining areas.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
  • Present menus, take accurate orders, and serve food and beverages professionally
  • Ensure tables are set, cleaned, and maintained according to hotel standards
  • Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service
  • Handle guest requests, concerns, and special dietary needs
  • Process payments and maintain accurate billing
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
  • Support the F&B team during busy operations and events

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a hotel or restaurant setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer‑focused attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
  • Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards
  • Basic English communication; additional languages are an advantage
  • Professional grooming and presentation
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
