Join BrewDog Dubai as a Front of House Supervisor and lead a high-energy team in a fast-paced craft-beer venue. You’ll drive service excellence, coach staff, and ensure every guest leaves with a memorable experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead shifts: Manage daily FOH operations, oversee opening and closing, and ensure smooth service flow.
  • Team coaching: Train, mentor, and motivate bartenders, hosts, and servers; run briefings and performance feedback.
  • Guest experience: Resolve guest issues, handle escalations, and maintain high standards of hospitality.
  • Operational control: Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Administrative tasks: Support rostering, process cash-ups, and maintain accurate POS and shift reports.
  • Sales focus: Drive upselling, promote beer pairings, and help meet revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a busy bar, pub, or restaurant.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, conflict resolution, and cash-handling proficiency.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with POS systems and basic stock control; beer knowledge is an advantage.
  • Availability: Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Eligibility: Right to work in the UAE and ability to pass background checks.
  • Personal qualities: Positive attitude, resilience under pressure, and a passion for hospitality and craft beer.
