Event Producer — Job Posting Summary

We are hiring an experienced Event Producer to plan, coordinate, and deliver high-impact private events, buyouts, and branded activations across our Dubai venues. This role requires strong project management, client-facing skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to execute seamless, memorable experiences.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Event Planning and Design: Develop event concepts, floor plans, timelines, and production briefs that meet client objectives and brand standards.
• Client Management: Serve as primary client contact from inquiry through post-event follow-up; build relationships, manage expectations, and present proposals.
• Budgeting and Financial Control: Create and manage event budgets, track costs, negotiate vendor pricing, and ensure events meet financial targets.
• Vendor and Partner Coordination: Source, contract, and manage vendors including AV, staging, florals, catering, security, and transportation.
• Onsite Production and Logistics: Oversee load-in, setup, show-calling, and breakdown; coordinate FOH and BOH teams to ensure flawless execution.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with culinary, bar, marketing, operations, and sales teams to align menus, staffing, promotions, and guest flow.
• Risk Management and Compliance: Secure permits, insurance, and licenses; enforce health, safety, and licensing requirements.
• Post Event Evaluation: Conduct debriefs, compile event reports, capture client feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement and upsell.

Requirements

• Experience: 2–4 years producing events in hospitality, catering, live entertainment, or agency environments; experience with restaurant buyouts and private dining preferred.
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously with strong attention to detail and deadline discipline.
• Client-Facing Skills: Confident presenter and negotiator with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with AV production, staging, floor plans, and event permitting processes.
• Commercial Acumen: Comfortable building budgets, managing margins, and identifying revenue opportunities.
• Leadership: Ability to lead temporary event teams, motivate staff, and resolve on-site issues calmly and decisively.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to travel between venues as needed.
• Qualifications: Degree or diploma in Events, Hospitality, Production, or related field preferred; certifications in event management or safety are a plus.
• Language: Proficient in English; additional languages are advantageous.
