Millennium Hotels is looking for a professional and personable CID Telephone Operator to join our hospitality team. As a key part of the guest experience, you will be the first point of contact for many of our guests, providing efficient and exceptional service while managing communications and requests.

Position: CID Telephone Operator
Location: Millennium Hotels & Resorts, Sharjah
Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and reservations efficiently, directing calls to the appropriate departments when necessary.

Ensure proper communication between all departments to guarantee seamless service.

Provide guests with information regarding hotel services, facilities, local attractions, and transportation.

Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality according to hotel policies.

Update and maintain the CID system with guest details and reservations.

Ensure that all phone lines are answered promptly and accurately, even during high-traffic periods.

Take and relay messages for guests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Handle any other communication-related tasks as needed to support the hotel’s operations.
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a telephone operator, receptionist, or in a similar customer service role is preferred.

Strong communication skills, with a clear and friendly telephone manner.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Professional attitude, attention to detail, and a high standard of customer service.

Familiarity with CID systems or similar hotel management software is an advantage.

Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
