Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervise front-of-house staff during shifts to ensure efficient service
  • Support the Cafe Manager in daily operational and administrative tasks
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Store Keeper on supplies
  • Train and mentor junior team members on service standards
  • Step in to resolve guest concerns and maintain a positive dining experience

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience in a cafe or restaurant setting
  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
  • Good understanding of service standards and guest satisfaction
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
