The Buggy Driver plays an essential role in transporting guests safely and comfortably across the property, ensuring smooth movement between designated areas while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

You will work closely with a multicultural team, assisting with guest arrivals, departures, and special requests. Duties & Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests across the property using designated buggies.
• Assist guests with luggage, seating, and special mobility needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the buggy at all times.
• Follow all driving, safety, and operational protocols.
• Coordinate with front‑of‑house and guest services teams during busy periods.
• Provide warm, professional, and courteous service throughout each interaction.

Requirements

• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within hospitality or guest services.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Professional grooming and positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Good knowledge of property navigation and guest‑handling etiquette.
