Mandarin Premier Hotels & Resorts Group is hiring a Brand Executive for its Manila Marketing team to shape and amplify the brand across local and digital channels. This role blends creative storytelling with tactical marketing: you will develop campaigns that reflect Mandarin Premier’s contemporary-luxury positioning, manage local partnerships and PR, and produce content that drives awareness, direct bookings, and guest engagement. The Brand Executive will work closely with Sales, Revenue, Digital, and Operations to ensure consistent brand expression across touchpoints and to measure campaign performance. Ideal candidates are creative, data-aware, and experienced in hospitality or lifestyle branding, with a strong grasp of social media, content production, and local market dynamics.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Brand strategy execution — Implement local brand plans that align with group positioning; adapt global brand guidelines to Manila market needs.
  • Campaign development — Conceptualize and deliver integrated campaigns across social, email, PR, and on-property channels; manage timelines and budgets.
  • Content creation — Produce and oversee photography, video, copy, and design for digital and print assets; ensure content is on-brand and optimized for each channel.
  • Social media management — Plan editorial calendars, publish content, engage audiences, and grow followers across platforms; monitor trends and community sentiment.
  • PR and partnerships — Coordinate media relations, influencer programs, and local partnerships to drive earned coverage and experiential activations.
  • Performance measurement — Track campaign KPIs, report on ROI, and use insights to refine creative and channel strategies.
  • Collaboration — Work with Sales, Revenue, Reservations, and Operations to align promotions, packages, and FAM activities with commercial goals.
  • Brand governance — Maintain brand consistency across collateral, signage, and guest communications; review third-party materials for compliance.

Requirements

  • Experience — 2–4 years marketing or brand experience, preferably in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Education — Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • Skills — Strong copywriting and visual sensibility; hands-on experience with social media platforms, content calendars, and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite preferred).
  • Digital literacy — Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social insights), email platforms, and basic SEO principles.
  • Project management — Able to manage multiple campaigns, vendors, and timelines with attention to detail.
  • Communication — Excellent written and verbal English; confident presenter and relationship builder.
  • Attributes — Creative thinker, proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented.
  • Availability — Flexible for events and occasional weekend activations.
  • Work authorization — Eligible to work in the Philippines.
