Kapitol Social Dubai, the newest social gaming and lifestyle entertainment venue under Sunset Hospitality Group, is looking for a talented and energetic Bartender to join its pre‑opening team. As a Bartender, you will be at the heart of the guest experience, crafting exceptional beverages, engaging with guests, and contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of the venue. This role requires strong product knowledge, creativity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. You will prepare cocktails, maintain bar cleanliness, manage stock levels, and ensure every drink served meets the brand’s high standards. 🧭 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and beverages according to recipes and standards.
  • Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and hygiene at all times.
  • Engage guests with friendly, professional service and product knowledge.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
  • Support bartenders and barbacks during peak service hours.

🎓 Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Bartender in a premium hospitality venue.
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bar techniques.
  • Excellent communication and guest‑interaction skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain high service standards.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
