Barista – Crowne Plaza Dubai Deira

Crowne Plaza Dubai Deira is seeking a skilled, energetic, and guest‑focused Barista to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, a strong sense of hospitality, and the ability to create memorable guest experiences through exceptional service and beverage craftsmanship.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high‑quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
• Maintain strong product knowledge of coffee blends, brewing methods, and menu items
• Ensure the café/bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service
• Take orders accurately and process payments efficiently
• Follow hygiene, safety, and hotel service standards consistently
• Assist with inventory control, stock rotation, and daily operational checklists
• Support promotional activities, new beverage launches, and special events
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista in a hotel, café, or restaurant
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, equipment, and beverage presentation
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and a friendly, engaging personality
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and late nights if required
• Knowledge of Dubai hospitality standards is an advantage
