The Barback position is a vital support role within our bar operations, ensuring bartenders have everything they need to deliver exceptional service to guests. While bartenders are the face of the bar, barbacks are the backbone — keeping the workspace organized, stocked, and efficient.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, eager to learn the art of mixology, and thrive in fast-paced environments. As a Barback, you will gain hands-on experience in beverage operations, from stocking and preparation to assisting with service during peak hours. You will work closely with bartenders and the wider front-of-house team, learning the fundamentals of bar management while contributing to smooth guest experiences.

📝 Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders with bar setup and breakdown.
• Restock and organize beverages, glassware, garnishes, and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area.
• Support bartenders during busy service by preparing garnishes and mixers.
• Handle deliveries and ensure proper storage of stock.
• Assist in waste management and recycling procedures.

✅ Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or F&B preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work on your feet and lift heavy items.
• Team-player attitude with good communication skills.
• Immediate availability preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
