Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Support: Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and a memorable dining experience for all guests.

  • Team Collaboration: Support the recruitment, training, and development of a diverse team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

  • Financial Assistance: Help manage budgeting processes, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.

  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Customer Relations: Engage with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels, addressing concerns to enhance the overall guest experience.

Qualifications:
