We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Admin Assistant. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in a luxury hospitality environment, supporting the administrative functions of Dubai’s premier Cantonese dining destination. Whether you are seeking a part-time role to balance with other commitments or a comprehensive internship to kickstart your career, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless daily operations of our administrative department. This position provides a hands-on learning experience within the prestigious Lai Sun Dining group portfolio.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Handling Administrative Tasks: Performing general office duties, including filing, data entry, drafting communications, and managing office supplies.
  • Organizing Documents: Maintaining efficient and organized digital and physical filing systems for various departments.
  • Coordinating Schedules: Assisting with managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments for senior management and various teams.
  • Assisting the Admin Team: Providing general support to the administrative and human resources teams as needed, including assisting with basic HR paperwork or onboarding coordination.
  • Operational Support: Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the back-office environment within the restaurant premises.
Requirements and Preferred Qualifications:
  • Status: Candidate with their own valid UAE residence visa and medical insurance is highly preferred.
  • Availability: Available to join immediately and commit to agreed working hours (part-time or internship duration).
  • Skills: Strong communication (both written and verbal) and organizational skills are essential.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, reliable, and possessing a professional demeanor suitable for a luxury hospitality setting.
  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (for interns).
