Duty Manager	Front Office	Responsible for hotel operations, managing day-to-day tasks, handling guest complaints, and ensuring high-quality service.	3+ years of experience in hospitality management, strong problem-solving skills.
Night Manager	Front Office	Ensure smooth night operations, guest satisfaction, and monitor hotel activities during the night shift.	Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, strong leadership, and communication skills.
Reservation Executive	Front Office	Manage reservations, assist guests with booking, and ensure proper communication between departments.	Previous experience in reservation systems, excellent communication skills.
Front Office Associates	Front Office	Assist in front desk operations, check-in/check-out guests, and provide customer service.	1-2 years of front office experience, excellent customer service skills.
Drivers	Transport/Logistics	Provide transportation services for guests, ensuring safety and timely arrivals.	Valid driver’s license, experience in hospitality transportation services.
Banquet Manager	Food & Beverage	Oversee banquet events, coordinate with kitchen staff, and ensure smooth execution of functions and events.	4+ years of experience in event management or banquets, excellent organizational skills.
Waitresses	Food & Beverage	Serve food and beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a memorable guest experience.	Previous experience in F&B service, excellent communication skills, friendly demeanor.
Waiters	Food & Beverage	Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction in a timely manner.	1-2 years of experience in a similar role, attentive and customer-oriented.
Executive Chef	Kitchen	Lead kitchen operations, manage menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen staff.	5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef, culinary expertise, leadership skills.
Stewarding	Kitchen	Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, assist in food prep, and manage dishwashing duties.	Experience in kitchen stewarding, knowledge of sanitation standards.
Commi – I & II (Chinese & Tandoor)	Kitchen	Assist in food preparation for Chinese and Tandoor cuisines, maintaining kitchen hygiene and inventory.	Previous experience in Chinese and Tandoor cooking, knowledge of culinary techniques.
