Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervisor
- Lead shift operations; coach and support FOH team; ensure service standards and guest satisfaction.
- Manage opening/closing procedures; handle guest feedback and escalations; assist with rostering.
- Bartender
- Prepare and serve drinks to BrewDog standards; maintain bar cleanliness and stock levels.
- Recommend beers and pairings; operate POS; follow responsible service procedures.
- Hostess
- Greet and seat guests; manage reservations and waitlists; maintain a welcoming front-of-house presence.
- Coordinate with servers and bar to ensure smooth seating flow.
- Waiter Waitress
- Take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure timely, friendly service.
- Upsell specials and beer pairings; clear and reset tables; process payments accurately.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous FOH experience preferred for Supervisor and Bartender roles; hostess and server roles welcome for entry-level candidates with strong hospitality attitude.
- Skills: Excellent communication; teamwork; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; cash handling and POS experience an advantage.
- Availability: Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Legal: Right to work in the UAE; food safety or responsible service certification is a plus.
- Personal: Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for craft beer and great hospitality.
