1. Housekeeping Supervisor

Flora Hospitality seeks a proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to maintain impeccable cleanliness, supervise the housekeeping team, and ensure guest rooms and public areas meet brand standards. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, leadership experience, and a hands‑on approach.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations for guest rooms and public areas.
  • Coach, schedule and inspect the housekeeping team; conduct performance briefings.
  • Ensure rooms are cleaned to brand standards and prepared for arrivals on time.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks; complete inspection reports and corrective action logs.
  • Manage linen, amenity and cleaning stock levels; report shortages and assist with ordering.
  • Coordinate with maintenance for room repairs and with reception on room status updates.
  • Enforce health, safety and hygiene procedures; maintain cleaning equipment and chemical safety records.
  • Train new hires on cleaning procedures, guest privacy, and SOPs.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years’ housekeeping supervisory experience in hotels, serviced apartments or upscale properties.

  • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

2. Reservation Agent (Opera knowledge required)

Introduction
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Reservation Agent with proven Opera PMS experience to manage bookings, optimize inventory and provide an excellent pre-arrival guest experience.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Manage reservations using Opera PMS: create, modify and cancel bookings accurately.
  • Maintain room inventory, allotments and rate plans; update group blocks and packages.
  • Respond to email and phone enquiries professionally and promptly; process deposits and pre-payments.
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Revenue and Housekeeping for arrivals, special requests and VIPs.
  • Record guest preferences, notes and special requirements in the PMS.
  • Assist with reporting: daily arrivals, pick‑ups, cancellations and group lists.
  • Ensure confidentiality of guest data and compliance with privacy procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years’ reservations experience in hotels or resorts with daily Opera PMS use.
  • Strong knowledge of Opera reservation workflows, rate codes and group management.
  • Excellent telephone manner, written English and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.
  • Good numeracy and ability to handle payment and billing details accurately.
  • Team player who can coordinate with sales, revenue and FOH teams.

3. Commis II – Cold Kitchen

Introduction
Flora Hospitality requires a motivated Commis II (Cold Kitchen) to assist the cold kitchen in mise en place, basic cold preparations and station support. This is an excellent step for cooks aiming to develop classical refrigerated- and cold‑prep skills.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Prepare and plate cold appetizers, salads, canapés and cold dessert components to recipe standards.
  • Follow mise‑en‑place lists and daily prep sheets; portion and label items with FIFO rotation.
  • Assist with sandwich, salad and cold station production during service.
  • Maintain cleanliness, HACCP standards and correct food storage/temperature control.
  • Receive and check deliveries; store perishable items appropriately and report discrepancies.
  • Support chefs with simple garnishes, dressing preparation and basic culinary tasks.
  • Clean and sanitise workstations, tools and equipment at end of shift.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years’ kitchen experience; prior exposure to cold station or garde manger duties preferred.
  • Basic knife skills, food safety knowledge and ability to follow recipes precisely.
  • Team‑oriented, reliable and able to work early starts and peak service hours.
  • Comfortable working in a high‑tempo kitchen environment.
  • Culinary qualification or apprenticeship is advantageous but not mandatory.

4. Guest Service Associate – Housekeeping

Introduction
We’re hiring Guest Service Associates for Housekeeping to be the guest-facing extension of our housekeeping operation, assisting guests with room requests, lost & found and ensuring a welcoming in-room experience.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to guest requests for amenities, room servicing and turndown requests.
  • Deliver items to guest rooms and public areas with courtesy and correct handling.
  • Report and log maintenance issues, guest complaints and lost & found items; follow up until resolved.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping teams to prioritise room servicing and VIP requests.
  • Maintain neat presentation while working across guest floors and public areas.
  • Assist with linen and amenity replenishment and simple inventory checks during quieter periods.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years’ guest service or housekeeping experience in hotels or hospitality settings.
  • Excellent communication and guest‑service orientation.
  • Professional presentation, punctuality and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic numeracy and record‑keeping skills.

5. Painter / Furniture Polisher

Introduction
Flora Hospitality needs a skilled Painter / Furniture Polisher to maintain and restore furniture, fixtures and surfaces across guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a high standard of appearance and durability.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Carry out painting, varnishing, polishing and touch‑up works on furniture, doors, frames and fittings.
  • Prepare surfaces: sanding, stripping old finishes, filling and priming as required for an even finish.
  • Apply stains, lacquers and protective coatings; ensure consistent colour matching and finish quality.
  • Repair minor surface damages to woodwork and furnishings; collaborate with maintenance for structural repairs.
  • Maintain inventory of paints, solvents and polishing materials; report shortages.
  • Ensure safe use and storage of chemicals; follow PPE and workshop safety procedures.
  • Schedule works to minimise guest disruption and coordinate with housekeeping for access.

Requirements

6. Guest Service Associate – F&B (Waitress)

Introduction
We are recruiting Guest Service Associates (F&B Waitress) to deliver friendly, efficient table service across our F&B outlets. Candidates should be service‑minded, presentable and comfortable working in a fast‑paced café or casual dining environment.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Greet guests, take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly with correct presentation.
  • Provide menu knowledge, recommend items and support simple upsells.
  • Assist with table clearing, resetting and maintaining clean dining areas.
  • Support POS transactions and assist cashiers during busy periods.
