Waiter – Zea Restaurant Dubai

Position Summary

Zea Restaurant Dubai is looking for enthusiastic, guest‑focused Waiters to join our front‑of‑house team. As a Waiter, you will be one of the primary faces of the restaurant, responsible for creating warm, memorable, and seamless dining experiences for every guest who walks through our doors. This role is ideal for individuals who genuinely enjoy hospitality, understand the importance of attentive service, and take pride in delivering excellence with every interaction.

In this position, you will be responsible for guiding guests through the menu, taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages with confidence, and ensuring that each table receives timely and personalized attention. You will work closely with the Head Waiter and service team to maintain smooth operations, uphold service standards, and contribute to a positive, energetic atmosphere on the floor.

A successful Waiter at Zea is someone who is proactive, well‑presented, and able to anticipate guest needs before they arise. You should be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, handling multiple tables, and maintaining a calm, professional demeanor even during peak hours. Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Present menus, explain specials, and provide recommendations.
• Take orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and according to standards.
• Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs throughout the dining experience.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of tables and service stations.
• Handle guest feedback and requests with a positive attitude.
• Support the service team during busy periods.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and grooming standards at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter in a restaurant or café (Dubai experience preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, energetic, and guest‑oriented personality.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Immediate joiners or short‑notice candidates are highly preferred.
