Creneau Hospitality is urgently hiring enthusiastic Junior Bartenders cum Baristas to join our vibrant teams across Dubai. This hybrid role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about both mixology and specialty coffee, eager to learn, and ready to deliver exceptional guest experiences in dynamic venues. As a Jr. Bartender cum Barista, you will gain hands-on exposure to beverage preparation, guest service, and operational excellence while working alongside experienced professionals.

📝 Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to brand standards.
  • Assist in crafting cocktails, mocktails, and signature drinks under the guidance of senior bartenders.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and coffee station.
  • Ensure accurate order-taking and timely service to guests.
  • Follow responsible alcohol service practices and uphold hygiene standards.
  • Support stock management, including replenishment and rotation of beverages and ingredients.
  • Engage with guests warmly, offering recommendations and enhancing their overall experience.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.

✅ Requirements

  • Some prior experience in coffee preparation or bartending is preferred.
  • Strong interest in mixology and specialty coffee.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
  • Flexibility to work across Dubai Creek Harbour and Palm Jumeirah venues.
