Food & Beverage Storekeeper – Eataly (Azadea Group) 1 application

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented F&B Storekeeper to manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of food and beverage items at our Eataly location in Dubai Hills Mall. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate inventory control, maintain cleanliness, and follow food safety standards to support daily kitchen and service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store food and beverage items in appropriate storage conditions.

• Ensure stock rotation and maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.

• Monitor stock levels and report low inventory or discrepancies.

• Issue supplies to relevant departments as per requisitions.

• Maintain clean and organized storage areas in compliance with HACCP and food safety standards.

• Participate in regular stock counts and inventory audits.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a storekeeper in a food & beverage or hospitality setting.

• Knowledge of inventory systems and food hygiene practices.

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, inventory software).

• Physically fit to handle stock movement and storage duties.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Team-oriented attitude and reliability.
