📝 Job Summary

Eataly Dubai is seeking a proactive and service-driven Floor Supervisor to oversee front-of-house operations. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising service staff, ensuring smooth dining experiences, and upholding Eataly’s high standards of hospitality. You’ll be instrumental in leading shifts, resolving guest issues, and ensuring the team delivers exceptional service.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily front-of-house operations, ensuring quality service and guest satisfaction

  • Lead by example and support service staff during peak hours

  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback or guidance as needed

  • Resolve guest complaints or issues professionally and promptly

  • Ensure tables are turned efficiently and the dining area remains clean and organized

  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient food and beverage delivery

  • Assist with staff scheduling and training

  • Enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations

🎓 Requirements

  • Education: Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management preferred

  • Experience: 3–5 years in food service, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role

  • Skills: Leadership, conflict resolution, strong communication, customer service focus

  • Language: Fluency in English; Arabic or Italian is a plus

  • Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
