📝 Job Summary

Eataly Dubai is looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Barista to join our front-of-house team. The Barista will prepare high-quality coffee and specialty beverages, ensure outstanding guest satisfaction, and maintain a clean and efficient workstation in line with Eataly’s authentic Italian experience.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and specialty beverages according to Eataly recipes

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, coffee machines, tools, and utensils

  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner

  • Ensure product quality and consistency at all times

  • Follow proper food safety and hygiene practices

  • Refill and rotate stock as needed

  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism

  • Assist in opening/closing duties as required

🎓 Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years as a barista or in a similar customer service role

  • Skills: Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, excellent communication, attention to detail, multitasking ability

  • Language: Fluency in English; Arabic or Italian is a plus

  • Schedule: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
