💼 Job Summary

Eataly Dubai is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented F&B Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a positive and seamless dining experience for our guests.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with their inquiries, and provide information about menu items and promotions.

  • Transaction Processing: Accurately process cash and card payments, issue receipts, and handle any discrepancies in a timely manner.

  • Order Management: Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure orders are processed and delivered promptly.

  • Cash Handling: Maintain an organized cash register, ensure adequate change is available, and secure cash at all times.

  • Cleanliness and Organization: Keep the cashier area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.

🎓 Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience: Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in the F&B industry.

  • Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.

  • Language: Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

  • Availability: Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
