Role Overview:
As a Sous Chef, you will be the second-in-command in our kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to oversee daily operations. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in menu planning and recipe development, focusing on meat and steak dishes.

Manage inventory and ordering of meat and other kitchen supplies.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Step in for the Head Chef during their absence, managing kitchen operations and staff.

Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety standards.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role.

Strong knowledge of meat preparation, including various cuts and cooking techniques.
