Key Responsibilities

Handle guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism.

Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the host stand and lobby area.

Uphold IHG brand standards and deliver memorable guest interactions.
Requirements

Previous hospitality or customer-facing experience preferred.

Friendly, confident, and professional communication style.

Ability to multitask and remain calm during busy hours.

Fluent in English (other languages a plus).

Presentable appearance and service-oriented mindset.

Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
