Position Overview

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and well-organized Receptionist to manage front-desk responsibilities and support the administrative functions of our Al Quoz location. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, your role is vital in maintaining our high standards of hospitality, communication, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and clients with warmth and professionalism

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails to appropriate departments

  • Manage appointment bookings, maintain calendars, and coordinate meetings for team members

  • Handle basic administrative and clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, document scanning, and mail handling

  • Support internal teams with scheduling, document management, and general office tasks

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times

  • Liaise with office maintenance and supply vendors as required

  • Ensure visitors follow safety and security procedures upon entering the premises


Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist, front-desk, or administrative support role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

  • Professional appearance and confident, customer-friendly demeanor

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain composed under pressure

  • Experience in industrial or B2B environments is a plus, but not mandatory

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
