Job Description: Fundamental Hospitality is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Waiter to join the team at Sirene Beach by GAIA, a luxurious beachfront venue in Dubai. As the Head Waiter, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front-of-house team, ensuring guests receive exceptional service, and maintaining a smooth and efficient dining experience. Lead by example and motivate the team to consistently perform at a high standard. Guest Experience: Greet guests, ensure they feel welcomed and comfortable, and provide assistance with menu recommendations and special requests. Service Excellence: Oversee the efficient delivery of food and beverage orders, ensuring that all service steps are followed, and any guest needs are met promptly. Quality Control: Ensure the highest standards of service are maintained by conducting regular checks on guest satisfaction, food quality, and cleanliness of the dining area. Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between kitchen staff, waitstaff, and management to ensure smooth communication and prompt service. Problem Solving: Address guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Training and Development: Mentor and train new staff, ensuring they understand company policies and provide top-tier service. Provide feedback and support to junior staff to foster their growth. Shift Management: Oversee the dining room during shifts, ensuring staffing levels are appropriate, and the floor operates smoothly. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards in the restaurant, including managing cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas.
