As a Shisha Maker at Ape Hospitality, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality shisha to guests in a professional and efficient manner. You’ll ensure that each guest enjoys a premium shisha experience, paying attention to detail in the preparation and presentation. You will also maintain the cleanliness and readiness of all shisha-related equipment and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of shisha flavors according to the company’s standards and guest preferences.
  • Ensure shisha equipment is cleaned, well-maintained, and functioning properly.
  • Provide assistance to guests in choosing the right flavor and equipment.
  • Create an inviting and enjoyable atmosphere by delivering prompt and professional service.
  • Monitor the quality of shisha throughout the experience, replacing coals as necessary and adjusting the setup for optimal enjoyment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shisha preparation area.
  • Handle guest requests with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Assist with other duties in the venue as required, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Shisha Maker or in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
  • Knowledge of different shisha flavors, preparation methods, and maintenance.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with guests.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • A friendly, professional, and proactive attitude.
