Position: Sales Associate

Reports To: Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Sales: Actively engage with customers to promote and sell products, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Customer Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with customers, offering personalized advice and recommendations based on their needs.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our product range, new arrivals, promotions, and the latest trends to provide customers with expert knowledge.
• Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding service to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Store Presentation: Ensure the store is neat, organized, and visually appealing, adhering to brand standards.
• Stock Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels, including replenishing shelves and performing regular stock checks.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow sales associates and management to achieve team and store goals.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Fresh graduates with a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and develop relationships with customers.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve sales targets.
  • Basic understanding of retail operations and customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Language: Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Availability: Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
