📌 Open Positions, Duties & Requirements

1. Salesmen (Age 19–25)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and inquiries
• Maintain product displays, shelves, and merchandising standards
• Ensure accurate pricing and stock availability
• Support promotional activities and in‑store campaigns
• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, energetic, and customer‑oriented
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

2. Cashiers (Age 19–25)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle billing, cash, card, and digital payments accurately
• Provide excellent customer service at checkout
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter
• Resolve customer queries professionally
• Follow cash‑handling and POS procedures

Requirements

• Basic computer and POS knowledge
• Strong numerical accuracy
• Good communication skills
• Previous cashiering experience is an advantage

3. Pickers (Age 20–25)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately
• Ensure proper handling of perishable and non‑perishable items
• Maintain stock rotation and inventory accuracy
• Coordinate with store supervisors for order fulfillment

Requirements

• Physically fit and able to handle lifting
• Basic product knowledge (grocery/FMCG preferred)
• Attention to detail and speed

4. Helpers (Age 20–30)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in loading/unloading goods
• Support store operations, cleaning, and organization
• Help with stock arrangement and back‑store tasks
• Follow safety and hygiene standards

Requirements

• Physically fit and hardworking
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Prior experience in retail support roles is a plus

5. Cooks – South Indian, North Indian & Shawarma Maker

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic dishes according to brand standards
• Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and quality control
• Manage prep work, cooking, and portioning
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations
• Ensure consistency in taste and presentation

Requirements

• Proven experience in the respective cuisine
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work under pressure during peak hours
• Team player with a passion for cooking
