👩💼 Head Waitress
Role Overview:
As Head Waitress, you’ll lead the front-of-house team, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support waitstaff during service
- Coordinate table assignments and guest flow
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Train new staff and uphold service standards
- Monitor cleanliness and presentation of dining areas
- Collaborate with management on daily operations and feedback
👩🍳 Waitress
Role Overview:
As a Waitress, you’ll be the face of Hideout, delivering attentive service and creating memorable dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and present menus
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages
- Upsell specials and recommend pairings
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set
- Process bills and handle POS transactions
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor throughout service
