As a Commis Chef, youâll assist senior chefs in preparing high-quality dishes while learning the fundamentals of culinary operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation and mise en place
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines accurately
- Support chefs during service and prep periods
